This song is so soothing and it’s helped me so many nights when my anxiety won’t let me sleep. It’s one of my most listened to songs it’s just like the softest most loving lullaby. More so than most he took the loss of his grandmother so hard. She raised him and he lived with her on the family farm while his parents had to work in the city (he’s very very close to his parents but didn’t get to see them much). A lot of his mannerisms have been described as “old” and it may well be the influence of being raised so much by his grandparents. Just a lovely song.
I usually have a hard time to focus when I want to do creative work like drawing or writing. But songs like Winter Bear or Scenery always help me to calm down my mind and focus on what I want to create. Especially Winter Bear creates such a calming atmosphere because of its long instrumental part that I can listen to it on repeat and stay in my zone. I really loved both songs right from the first second, feels like a comforting and calming hug when the mind just wont stop. Just as much, I really enjoyed your reaction to it! His voice is unique, not only does it have the widest range of the group (almost 4 octaves), but it is also very versatile; he's a deep-voiced baritone who can easily hit beautiful highs (as you just heard), plus he makes it seem easy that a baritone is constantly singing in high notes (similar to Jin and Jimin who are tenors with high registers), he does not even lose power or thickness in his voice, which often makes one think that his notes are not that high. But from my point of view, the most important thing is that it has a special feeling, since Tae always manages to convey the feeling of the song with his voice, since even without understanding the lyrics you can feel what he wants to convey. Last December he gave us a cover of It's beginning a lot like christmas with which he delighted us with his crooner facet.

One upside to it being so short, is it makes it easy for you to sing with your kids, whether singing them to sleep or dancing around the room with them.
