Yummy Nutmeg Fruit Pickle.😋
Its good for digestion.
Ingredients Needed:
Nutmeg fruit-7
Gingilly oil- 80 ml
Mustard seeds-1 tspn
Fenugreek- 1 tspn
Garlic pods-10
Green chilly-2
Ginger-2 tbsp( chopped)
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Turmeric powder-1 tspn
Kashmiri chilli powder-2 tbsp
Asafoetida -1 tbsp
Jaggery-1 tbsp
Sugar-1(1/2) tbsp
Vinegar-1/2 cup
Tamarind puree-1/2 cup
Hot water-1 cup
