    아직 시작한지 몇달 안되었지만 영상 잘 보고있습니다. 한코치님 영상 덕분에 억지로 내전스윙하려고 손목 꺽던걸 라켓을 뒤에다가 놓고 앞으로 뿌리면서 악력을 주니 이전처럼 틱틱 소리나며 밀리던 타구보다 정타로 맞는 횟수랑 손에 느껴지는 타격음이 더 좋아 요즘 영상 더 열심히 보고있는데, 저도 지금 악력으로 잡는것만 생각하느라 라켓이 끝까지 팔로우스윙 안되고 멈추고 있는데 저렇게 상체를 먼저 빨리 회전시키고 치는걸 더 생각하며 연습해야겠네요. 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다

      저희 채널의 영상들을 보면 같은 스매시라고 해도 한 사람에겐 팔로우 스루까지 주문하고, 또 다른 사람에겐 임팩트 순간 악력으로 브레이크를 걸어달라고 말합니다. 사실 후자의 스윙이 숙련자용이라고 말할 수 있거든요. 다만, 문지훈님이 이 방식으로 습관이 만들어졌다면, 다치지 않도록 몸관리를 해주길 바랍니다.
      상급자용 콘텐츠를 먼저보셔서 월반해버리셨네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

    가끔 스매시가 정타맞을때 느낌이 저거였군요! 온몸회전이 아니라 가볍게 끌고 내려오는 느낌!

    몸통이 도는게 문제가 아니라 골반이 회전이 되면 몸통은 저절로 따라서 도는데..골반 회전에 아에 안되네요.. 골반 회전하라고 하면 몸통회전은 자연스럽게 될듯

    Coach I notice during multi shuttle feeds i dont hit the shuttle underneath me, i hit the shuttle to the right front corner of me because i am not getting under the shuttle enough…i think im taking to many steps or to large steps ….but i am always moving away from shuttle not going under it

    Nice point coach. Rotating your hips to get a better impact point. There r 2 ways to rotate the hips,
    1. Right leg go forward
    2. Left leg go backward
    Once we rotate our body/hips, we have a better impact point & more power

      right. You need the technique of crossing your feet rhythmically. This can only be practiced repeatedly.

    배드민턴의 꽃은 서전트 점프라하는데 이게
    되면 일반 스매쉬보다 훨 힘이 실리는데 넘 체력소모가 심한듯 ㅜㅜ 허리랑 무릎이 ㅜㅜㅜ 멋있기는 짱~~

    I found his smashing improving drastically in this span of 9 or 10 minutes. If he practices more, he is gonna nail it!
    Really nice video I will keep this in mind. Thanks coach!
    Also, how much the staminia does the dude has? He was smashing for like 10 minutes straight.

    이분은 몸통이 돌기전에 팔이 나오네
    저러면 어깨랑 팔꿈치가 아플수밖에없름
    야구 교실가서 피칭을 배워보는게 조ㅗ을듯
    몸통이 정면을 향하기 전까진 활시위를 당긴다는 느낌이어야 하고 팔꿈치가 나오고 있어야됨
    코치님 말하신것처럼 돌고나서 팔이 듈아야지
    몸이돌기전에 팔이돌면 몸통회전력은 쓰지도 않는거고 관절이 부자연스러운 상태가되니 부상위험이 올라갈수밖에없지

    영상 자료의 교육을 통해 힘을 빼라 힘을 빼 코치님의 교육 수백번 영상속에서 보고 혼자 연습을 하였으나 이해가 안되었으나 이제야 이해가 되었습니다. 힘을 쫘~~악 빼고 연습을 하다보니 타격 포인트와 회전 타이밍 팔의 각도에 의하여 경쾌한 타격음의 변화를 느끼게 되었습니다. 힘으로 강력한 스메싱을 욕심 부렸을 때는 타격 포인트 몸통 회전 타이밍 팔의 각도의
    변화에 의한 타격음의 변화를 전혀 느낄수 없었습니다. 힘을 빼고서야 비로서 코치님이 말씀하시는 타격 원포인트 찾게 되었습니다.

    다리가 떨어질때 사선으로 떨어지는 이유도 회전이 덜돼서 그런거겠죠?(고민)

      그렇겠죠. 하지만 실제 게임에선 적용시키기 더욱 어려운 게 회전이죠~

      한코치님은 스윙을 급수별로 나눠 가르칩니다
      초급: 스윙의 길을 만드는 단계
      중급: 라켓을 뿌리는 요령
      상급: 뿌려지는 라켓을 악력으로 멈춤으로써 임팩트 만들기
      영상 속 동호인은 필요한 근육과 타점이 충분하다고 판단하셨기때문에 끊어치는 간결한 스윙을 연습하게 된 거죠. 각자 본인의 단계에 맞는 코칭을 골라 들으시면 됩니다. 저희 영상도 급수별로 다르게 코칭하는 게 있습니다~

    라켓뒤로 할때 라켓
    헤드가 허리 가까이
    붙어야 하는데

    어깨돌리고 그힘에 자연스럽게 팔뚝 회전이 나와야하는거 같은데,.. 아마 이게 처음 배울때 자꾸 끊어치라고 배워서 손목만 쓰게되고, 실력 높아졌을때 허리와 어깨를 못쓰는게 아닌가 싶긴하다.

    자세가 좀 안좋다 할 뿐이지 그냥 공 치는 타이밍, 파워 이런건 전 좋다고 생각하는데... 사실 겜 뛰다보면 자세보단 공이 얼마나 강하고 정확하게 오냐 그런것만 눈에 띄죠 ㅋㅋ

    스메시가 몸통이랑 허리 회전 없이 저렇게 치면 결국 묵직하지가 않음 ㅇㅇ 초속만 빠름 결국 저 친구한테만 띄워주면 할게 없을듯

    저도 d조지만 저분은 전혀 허리 회전이 없어요.첨부터 끝까지 그게 교정이 안됩니다.
    보는 내내 답답하네요.

    Is he really class A? No offense and no disrespect, his smash looks like person falling from a tree. I removed the word monkey because its offensive and that is what my coach would call this style of smashing, Monkey falling from a tree branch smash. Hope he improves. From my experience its not that you cant but its harder to teach an old dog new tricks.

      He is a player who can't swing properly after shoulder surgery. He's uncomfortable with his overhead swing, but his quick steps are good enough to become an advanced player. Just watch one scene and don't be rude.
