Hi
This recipe is again an easy and delicious to make and eat. Chicken sausage or Pork Sausage can be used to make a perfect comforting chicken curry.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
200 Gms Chicken/Pork Sausage - cut into pieces
1 Large Potato - cubed
1 Medium size onion - finely chopped
2 Small Tomatoes - finely chopped
2 Tbsp Oil for cooking
2 Tsp Tamarind juice/lemon juice/vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt - adjust as per taste
Water to make the Gravy + little for grinding
Grind to Paste:
1/2 Cup Fresh Coconut
2 Green Chillies
7 to 8 cloves of Garlic
1/2 Inch Ginger
Handful of Fresh Coriander leaves
1 Tbsp Bottle Masala - You can also use Malvani Masala/Sunday Masala/Chicken Masala too
