This last dip I couldn’t hit it to hard because I was saving up for vacation and sent my dad I bunch of money to help him out but I did ok last dip in fall 2022 I crushed it . It basically means to buy a fixed dollar amount every week or month or paycheck instead of trying to time the market. For instance spending 200 bucks a week every week on any type of investment would be a example of DCAing.

Generally slow down when spot price is up such as it is. Personally don't fault others for doing the same and buying on the dips. Because in the end, we're all still stackers in this community. Everyone's situation and reasons are different, but that's what make it great. As for Black Friday and shopping deals go, your experience at Best Buy and other stores is what I'm hearing and seeing as well. Shopping was slow and sparse. So it makes me question the headlines that say we've had record breaking store sales. I think buying Gold Bullion now would be insane unless you think this is "IT" , dollar is going to collapse. I will still buy Gold Jewelry at Spot though. But that is getting next to impossible.
The new guy cut the pipeline, and dumped our reserves. He let restrictions stay in place, so businesses struggled... For the sake of country, I'd rather see prices go down. Some times online usually Monument Metals or Hero bullion or my local coin shops they usually have better deals and if you build a good relationship with them they can give you breaks on stuff

I always buy silver as long as spot is under $30...even when it goes to $29 in a few weeks, I'm still buying.
Past my buy price. When spot rises past my buy price I focus on numismatics and Vintage instead of weight.

Dollar cost averaging is always good advice. It takes the worry about price and cost per ounce almost entirely out of the picture.

Just like you I buy the dip hard when I can and was able to hit the sweet spot the other month. Great gold goal and beautiful engelhard gold.
