I'm French and I can't tell for sure if she has an accent... I think I can hear a very slight accent on some words, but it's barely there... can an english speaker tell me if she has a latino accent or not?

Agreed. I honestly hated the character, she was just there for comedy and they couldn’t pull it all. Her entire character was built on “she’s an immigrant with an accent. look at that.” Plus she was pretty snarky and rude. The actress is great and seems really polite (: I just hate the character.
