This video features Village Food Paratha with Tomato curry.
Ingredients used ~
For Paratha - 500g of wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1tbsp of sugar, 25ml of coconut oil, water as required.
For Tomato Curry - 500g of tomato, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 nos big onion, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of fwnugreek, a cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, 4 nos green chilies, Pandan leaf, curry leaves, 3 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, salt to taste, water as required, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 tsp of Masala powder, 1/2 tsp of roasted mustard powder.
