Assalamualaikum. Welcome to KARACHI! :)) Commenting again on your vlog to say thanks and to tell you how much i LOVED the way you said KARACHIIII (1:17 & 3:43). Literally can see how excited you are and how much you love this place( i feel like that you do).. Watched it several times times just to see/hear that KARACHIIIIIII.. best best best 😃
Hope you will stay safe and love your stay here. Since you said in the start that you're here for like 4 days so best things you can do and ofc. youtube team SHOULD help you/take you to attractions cause they're the one who invited you alone there. Last time i commented on your vlog was when you said about Karachi's Food, so i will say again that it doesn't mean everywhere will be best food or Biryani, you need to find the best spots or like even google or ask someone where to find best one. One place is Farhan Biryani but it's in Jauhar so quite far from your hotel. Some good ones you can find on food panda as well. Nalli Pulao is also famous but Caution: Too much fat oily.
About where to visit, i would recommend maybe go for some buffet near sea view the place is called clock tower and when you sit there in evening you can see the sunset, sun drowning in the sea but i wouldn't recommend you to go to sea view beach. Please please choose some other beach like French beach, Turtle Beach even Hawksbay and Sandspit beach are very good to go but please don't go to sea view, it's not upto your standards ;) :D cause everyone from everywhere come there whenever they visit Karachi.
You can also visit Port Grand at night time and you will get an amazing view there. Ofc. you will do shopping as well for family so go to Lucky One Mall (South Asia's Biggest Mall) you will love it, the building and how big it is plus the lights etc. The real Karachi is the old Karachi, Saddar area which is very close to your hotel but ofc you're alone so i wouldn't recommend you that place but maybe with someone you can explore.. Also a lot of breakfast places you can go to. Burns road, Boat Basin, Hussainabad very famous for food stuff. You can even go to Mohatta Palace.
Wanna do something adventurous ( i know you like to) then you can try going to Charna island and try snorkeling, scuba diving. Book an appointment from them, it will be something really memorable for you all your life. PAF museum is another place to visit and how can i forget Do Darya sea view. Best view at night you can ever have while enjoying your food. (Google the images of Do Darya and all the places mentioned)..
