Hey Joe. Happy Sunday and happy Easter. Like the front elevation. Figuring that balcony the primary? We shall see. Spacious privately located front bedroom with en-suite. Nice open concept living/dining/kitchen. Cozy kitchen. Large pantry. Spacious drop zone. Appreciate the closet under the stairs. Amazing backyard. Covered expanded lanai. Great lounging/dining space. Still do much green space. Just need the outdoor kitchen. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Lovely laundry room. Cabinetry and sink. Fold up tables. Ohh. The balcony stems from the loft. 3 Spacious bedrooms but only 1 bath to service. Love the linen closet in the bathroom. Large primary and en-suite. Large shower and closet. Didn’t see a linen closet but did see some shelving in the closet that could house linen and towels. Beautiful 2-story home near perfect. The upstairs bedrooms are large enough for 1 of them to have an en-suite or 2 of the share a Jack n Jill. 3 beds max 6 ppl shouldn’t share 1 bathroom. Other than that ; beautiful home. Happy Easter Cydney!! I love homes with balconies. This home utilized the space so perfectly in every way. It feels like a much bigger home than it really is. separated laundry room is a must and if there's a folding table it's a huge bonus. OMG, this is one of my favorite pools I've seen in a while and this backyard is massive with very little maintenance. I agree that this is near perfect with great sized rooms, but yessss - 1 more bathroom and it's perfection. Thank you my friend! Have an amazing Easter Sunday! God bless. -Joe

Great showing, thank you for posting....Felt the master suit was under-whelming (wardrobe closet was a bit small n narrow). However, it's rare to see a pool surrounded by that much greenery, a great selling point.

2 issues - neighbors too close - no privacy - I am sure the listing is in the millions? Also - no privacy in the pool area!
I hear you on the no privacy with the pool area, maybe some tall hedges and bamboo.. This is true and it's typically how it is with the Orlando housing market, even with larger homes. Yes, this one would be in the $1.3mm range as seen with the pool
