I have a question you say you don't replace the circuit boards on the batteries is it that you think the copy boards are dangerous? I am asking because I repaired a 6ah battery last week with a copy board bought from ebay.

I have used the copy eBay boards and the aliexpress boards on my own batteries. I don't fit them for customers simply because of liability. I'm not risking a customer burning their house down simply to save them a few pounds.
I don't mind Using them myself as I know the risk, but you couldn't explain the risk to a customer.

Hi dean sorry but slight different question in relation to the charger, I have a 110v single makita charger which suddenly won’t work, a sparky on site reckons it’s the fuse gone, is it a big job to replace the fuse, and if not would you talk me through the steps, or better again a video of it,
    Thanks love your channel

Surely you can replace the broken pins on the battery!!!

You can if you have a donner battery. But there is quite a bit of work to it. And I cannot do it as it would not be cost effective for the customer
