To show the ref that Jordan was just holding his arm and stalling. The bottom wrestler needs to be working for an escape or reversal. If they are not they can be called for stalling, as Jordan was a few times.
I love Penn state wrestling. But it any match against a higher ranked opponent the refs are bias. Zain should have been called for hands to the face at least 5 or 6 times. I never understood that if you can win without it, which he obviously could.

He's always looking to score points or finish matches. His technique on top is second to none. He turns everyone. He turns the best and strongest wrestlers with, what appears to be, little effort.
