The combination of Joshua Held's superbly clever animation and Clyde and the Drifters has taken this from just a great rendition of a great song to classic status. This is a treasure that will outlive all the rest.
This is a bittersweet animation and song. My deceased father had a baritone voice like the lead on this one. He would sing all six of his kids to sleep with songs like this, as we grew up in the 50's and 60's...so it's also like a lullaby. When he was dying from a protracted illness and could no longer speak, I would go to You Tube, just to hear this to soothe me. Thanks for the memories...

The fist time I watched, I kept wondering why the white reindeer wasn't singing and then when he started his solo...hilarious! I've always loved this version of The Drifters' White Christmas, but the animation with reindeer just makes it the best ever.
