i just watched it and it really was amazing and very effective way of learning. thanks a lot Gemma. I just wanna tell you something about the anxiety, u talked about it in your first video , i think when u were in England and u had a hard time... maybe you had a vitamin D or B12 deficiency. cuz it really causes depression, anxiety, overthinking, and negative thinking. check on your vitamins constantly Gemma.
