I went there today (Day 3) and it was awesome. It was around 80 degrees, just beautiful. I had friends and family who went night 1 and they said it was electric. One of my managers went yesterday, and she said she and her hubby were able to drive down easily park easily (but expensive,) and got out easily. No problems with restrooms, loved the food and options, and were impressed at how many people were there but had no real issues with feeling crowded. Rachel mentioned 300K for the entire weekend, lol, there were 275K on the first night which sets a new Day 1 record. All 3 draft days ended up over 700K people (also a new record.) Foods to try in the Detroit area: Detroit Style Pizza, Coney (hot) Dogs, Vernors (soda pop,) Towne Club (soda pop,) Faygo (soda pop,) Better Made potato chips, Sanders fudges and Bumpy Cake, Mackinac Island Fudge, Corned Beef Egg Rolls, Paczkis, Velvet brand peanut butter, bake something using Jiffy baking mix, meads and hard cider from B Nektar meadery, Valentine Vodka, Anteeq Tequila, Mayor Pingree Whiskey, Liberator Gin, Founders beer, Shawarma, Baklava, Gyros, and Greek Salad (with the pink style dressing.)
Draft Day just feels like Christmas on a workday. Looking forward to leaving the office and driving home on the turnpike. LET'S GO BRONCOS and NUGGETS!
JJ is a UM fan favorite. U M is a half hour from Detroit. We live him and appreciate what he did for the wolverines. Eventhough he went to the vikings he'll always bleed blue.
Welcome to Detroit. Downtown is really something to show off!

Do a after sight, closeout, afterglow thoughts on the set up. Detroit did great on hosting it.
750000 fans for the weekend broke the record! Yeah Detroit!

I remember the wmu Bronco player playing for the Denver Broncos
A lot of mason who built Detroit move to Denver to help built Denver so if the buildings look alike that's why.
Good job Rachel 💯🔥 Go Broncos

You can't eat Detroit style pizza with a fork.
