Great honest vlog and to top it all you showed the bill , others don’t, probably as they get it all complimentary now . The food looked lovely and fresh 😅no more expensive than U.K. really . Could of brought you a nice cold towel though Paz.

The 'red sauce'
6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon mint sauce
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
lemon juice
red colouring
water to consistency required.
Some places add tamarind paste/sauce
Perhaps if you go back, seeing how you gave 10/10 they will gladly give you their recipe.

Went there last year. Good food but you had to pay separately for all the side dishes so in the end it was quite expensive i thought.
