- Jason Legler has spent his lifetime loving and living the western way of life. At an early age growing up in Colorado he learned how to rope and to ride roughstock. His love for competition motivated him to travel the countryside resulting in a successful rodeo career. He competed in many of the top rodeos and bull ridings including the National Finals Rodeo twice, the PBR Finals, Cheyenne Frontier Days, Calgary Stampede, Pendleton Roundup, National Western Stock Show, and Rodeo Houston just to name a few. After Jason’s professional rodeo career, he has spent his time building businesses in farm and ranch real estate, real estate investments, and as a licensed motor vehicle dealer. Jason and his family reside in Eaton, Colorado on a productive 160-acre farm where they love the small town atmosphere and life it allows them to live.
Jason is a member of the National Western Stock Show Association and is thankful for the opportunity to stay involved with the sport of rodeo. You may even catch him roping a steer or two from time to time.
Farm and ranch properties can be very complex. They require an experienced team, who understands every aspect that goes into them such as the individuals at Mason & Morse Ranch Company. Jason has represented many clients and has extensive experience and knowledge to be able to successfully help you navigate this complex world. Water rights, mineral rights, exchanges, valuations, commercial and Land development are just a few additional areas Jason specializes in. Over the years he has bought and sold investment properties to include irrigated farm ground, pasture for grazing, commercial properties, land for development, new-build construction projects, mineral acreages and leases, surface use agreements and pipeline easements. This knowledge allows him the experience to help his clients maneuver and diversify their own portfolios. Jason is also a proud graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering.
