    You don't feel the motion you feel the blankets ripped from you.

    I think the pressure map is quite possibly my favorite part of all your reviews.

    Nectar includes a mattress protector with their mattresses. Purple, and Casper do not, and their top of the line mattress is 2-3x more.

    Nectar has lots of good options. I do like a cooling mattress with soft, balanced foam. I am mostly a back sleeper so this one looks nice.

    I rely don’t care for memory foam but I do like the copper top over for cooling and it does look like the memory foam has a lot more response them most memory foam has so it might be worth a try

    Did you take the fiberglass sock off of the memory foam?! Mine has a “sock” under the zip cover.

    Between the Premier Copper and the regular Premier mattress model, which would you recommend for a couple? One is a side sleeper, the other a back sleeper. One sleeps warm the other does not.

      Hello! To be honest, we would recommend the Premier Copper if both you and your partner were hot sleepers. The big different between the Premier and the Premier Copper is the extra cooling features in the Premier Copper that the Premier does not have. Both mattresses are pretty good for light to average back and side sleepers if both of you fall into that category, so if the hot sleeper wants a bit more cooling, go with the Premier Copper. The Premier could be fine though if the sleeper is not a super hot sleeper.

    I need a hybrid mattress so not for me. I do not sleep hot so would not need this as well but glad you took the time to tell us about it.

    I love the use of a phase change material, this may be the most unique feature of the mattress.

    This directly competes with the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora. Which is the hybrid active cooling mattress with coils instead of all memfoam. I was told that this nectar does not cool more than the Aurora but still does a decent job

    Not a good mattress.. plus it weaken over 4 months in.. thus, they don't have stability and it isn't good for side and stomach sleeper.. I returned it.. I told the company if you have to send a mattress board for extra support.. then I wasted my money for the bed that suppose to be top line..

    Will having a mattress cover effect how the cooling works?

    • @Mattressclarity
      @Mattressclarity  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question. It depends on how thick the cover is to be honest.

    I've had this mattress for 3 days and I like it so far. Nectar rates all their mattresses at 6.5. I noticed this guy rates the regular nectar at a 6.5 and the copper at a 6. I personally find the copper mattress to be firmer as I have both in my household. I weigh 220lbs and haven't felt discomfort in any sleep positions.

    • @smokinjoe006
      @smokinjoe006 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ChannelUrl-u5l the mattress itself is still good to me. I'm thinking maybe I could invest in some better pillows though. This is the only memory foam that mattress I've ever slept on so I have nothing to compare it to. But it doesn't sleep hot in my opinion.

    • @TheGuin
      @TheGuin 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      What made you choose the copper over the regular premier? Was it solely for the cooling element? I see you have the original as well, did you enjoy sleeping on that prior to the copper? Did you find that the original slept hot?

    Nectar came out with another mattress i am very interested in. I like that it has two layers of memory foam and that its 14” thick. It looks like a good choice for side sleepers.

    Seems like a decent contender. I wonder if it’s worth shelling out the extra money as compared to the regular premier.

      I know your comment is 2 years old, but I wouldn't count on their Lifetime Warranty being worth much. They just blew us off. "No manufacturer's defect"...despite a 3" sag and the edges of the bed being shot in less than 5 years.

    Does this mattress contain fiberglass?

    • @trekfresh
      @trekfresh ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe it does, mine had a “sock” under the cover. His video is not showing the sock around the memory foam. I’m curious as to whether he took it off himself, or it was manufactured elsewhere? Either way, mine has a wrapping around it similar to one of those socks you’d use to try shoes on at stores.

    The Nectar Premiere copper got way too soft and Nectar will not take the mattress back. And they don’t take the bed frame back.

      Wait what? That seems illegal when they advertise free returns for 365 nights! Did you have it longer than that? What did they say?

    I’m sick of all these mattresses being a balanced foam feel I want that Tempur-pedic kind of feel

      Buy a termpurpedic mattress.

    • @akaredcrossbow

      I’ve owned 4 TempurPedic mattresses in the past 3 1/2 years, all different models and non of them have been comfortable. Back, shoulder, and hip pain. It’s pretty bad when the couch or a topper over gym mats gives you a better sleep.
