  • Today we are trying out the GreenMech CS100 Chipper in our woodland.
We are a young family living completely Off Grid in a woodland that we have grown from scratch. We collect and filter rainwater, generate electricity via our solar power system and are developing our woodland into a food forest.

Would love one of these .cost plenty but really useful . most jobs take the chipper to the work instead of dragging out .chip into a wheelie bin .

    Another good video!
We need a chipper for our big tractor, I’ve got piles of branches and burning them is a nightmare!!

Glad you enjoyed the video 😊 We have found having a chipper invaluable for managing the land and avoiding those bonfires! This one makes the job much easier too as its size means we don't have to drag the branches out into a clearing where we can fit the big chipper 👍

Hi Fraser , I know the chipper that you refer to and have bought the tracked version as a business asset being a dual machine and hope to sell the function to customers , I bought the tracked version as I'm fed up trying to pull drag these chippers all over and it's no joke with no help , I would have bought CS 100 but again it's not a move forwards and had considered building what I have purchased , but cost wise ........best wishes .

@@The_OffGridFamily Pricey! Do you charge much to chip waste? Does that make up the cost? Thanks

    ALL pull-starts are a pain.
    Expensive twig-shredder.
