Love these, great collab! They have a very utilitarian look to them. I love how you format your vids, they have a very seamless feel to them! Question: Do you record your audio narration after the visual presentation, or at the same time? Like I said, it feels seamless, but it kind of sounds like you recorded the audio after.

if you're in between, go with the smaller size. prestos usually run a little big

most insoles are glued on. try pulling it harder, it should come out.
