Make sure you do the tutorial on how to start the ship from a cold and dark state! That will teach you how to get the reactor back online. Most of the ship runs off batteries, except for the warp drive itself, and when you shut off the reactor, you still have a bunch of battery power. That's why the ship lights didn't immediately turn off. Your warp sounds are great, and the developer has asked the audio lead from Elite Dangerous to help make the soundscape for the ship in the final game.
I feel like I've been thinking about a game like this for so long, I'm not into war and combat stuff that much so a gale all about exploration is just what I wanted.
Oh yes. This will definitely cater to everyone from what I've seen from the developers live streams. You can be a constrictive member of the crew or the captain, or simply a passenger with no responsibilities. And I do believe it is to primarily be exploration as the ship in the demo is for just that. That's not to say he may add warclass starships for people who want a challenge. Appreciate your comment 🙏
@@kwhited2011 yes thats for sure. And the ship in the demo is for exploration like the enterprise. Not sure if there will be combat in it but I know you will be able to meet and make peace with alien races. I think its going to be a phenomal game when it's fully realised.

Usually when you start warp there's a woosh sound at the moment :) nice addition though
