Thanks for the comment! Yes actually I've considered how to present a "blind Nuzlocke challenge" for a TH-cam video for over a year, still considering how to make the video fun and interesting. Doing a Nuzlocke is a lot of work and tons of hours of recording footage but it's incredibly fun. I've done it a few times myself even after going blind but never completed each run.

@@JoshTseng absolutely, with my current obsession being with the TH-camr pokemon challenges, a nuzlocke is the first thing I though of haha. The title and challenge of a blind nuzlocke just seems like it would pull people’s attention! If you find the time I’m sure I’m not the only one that is curious how it’d turn out. Hopefully you can get a good editor on it if it’s what you decide. Good luck with what you decide to do! Also challenging other TH-camrs to memorize the things you have about the games lol gotta throw in the clickbait of being the actual best Pokémon player being you do it blind 😏. Do you livestream?

Haha awesome ideas! Sorry on not being able to respond sooner, work's been super busy and there's a lot of comments.
No I don't livestream at the moment, though I have considered it. I'd only be able to do it if I get extra help though, since I won't be able to read chat fast enough with my screen reader. So not something on the horizon at the moment, but I'm definitely open to it if I have the time or resources.

Definitely working on it! I'm planning to move into a new office soon and we'll probably be filming the playthrough / nuzlocke there. Also, the planning for a video like this is a lot harder than one would think. But we're working on it! 😅

So the newer generations are 3d and the older gens are 2d so that means the newer version are not blind friendly

Yes that's correct. Unfortunately the 3D games are really quite impossible to play for me. I've also been told that they've removed the bump into walls sound effect, which would make things much more difficult on top of the fact that the world is now 3D. Fortunately, I can still play the older games and ROM hacks based on the older games.
