My dad is a narcissist and he treated women horribly! Women i loved fully. He would openly tell me not to be with someone like him and tried to raise me to care for him financially. Feed his needs and deny my own. I grew up finding men like him instead of following the things he would instruct me not to. Took me so much time. Counseling, education and my mom to learn I deserved better than a man like that. A man like my dad. I grew up feeling like i wasn't enough, because in so many ways my dad set me up to be like that. My mom was my saving grace but it wasn't easy. Judge Lynn is completely right. My script was written by my dad, he set the example. I hope this man chamges for his daughter.
