I challenge anyone to show me any person that can read a monitor lizard better than Kevin. Seeing this type of interaction in person is absolutely amazing.
@Jason Berryman and he goe beyond just monitor, its all reptiles and even his feeder insects. I have much respect for him and he among others are my main source of info
I love all of your videos you just show how much love you have for them. Also, you pay attention to what the animal is saying and showing you. A lot of people don't realize how intelligent animals truly are or in tune with the animals and their behaviors. Thanks for putting correct and positive information out there.
Amazing work as always bro, it's truly amazing to see monitors to behave this way and to interact the way they do after you have worked enough with them, especially since in the wild they are loners and they are their own boss and interact and socialise with no one! Unless it's breeding season. This demonstrates to me just how intelligent they are and how they can modify there behaviour at will when conditions are right.
I want a water monitor from you guys soooo bad! When the kids move out I’m turning one of their bedrooms into a monitor enclosure. My girlfriend doesn’t know that yet, but I’m sure she’ll get over it when she sees how sweet they are.
in a few years when i am well enough prepared i'd like to get one of these beauties. so fascinating and beautiful. Every morning i wake up about an hour early so i can watch my reptile education channels and it makes my day when i see new NERD videos.
I was waiting for him to get his tongue hit by the fan blade I kept going “oh no back up” haha He is so sweet if I had the room for one I would so get one.
Bless you for being such an awesome breeder it's obvious you do what you do cause you truly love and respect the animals in your care😊👍 he is gorgeous thank you for sharing, best wishes always 😄
Wow, he is gorgeous! Did he find a good home? You can see all of your techniques have paid dividends as that animal is super tame. The previous owners must have done a good job following your training advice.
Maybe sounds weird xD I asked a question on a earlyer video of yours but i´m watching all your stuff atm .. so i got in mind...would it help to put a shirt from me into the tank? that my salvator can pick up my smell more ?:D
I’m very interested in talking to you about ordering a baby from you I have 2 savs n 2 bearded dragons n I’m so passionate about reptiles and these ones I just love but before I got one I wanted to do a lot of research first because you never want to buy any animal with out research because then the animals suffer but I’m so impressed on how good you are and how the just trust you so much but I would love to talk to you.. and keep up the great work you can tell you don’t trust do this for money but you truly love them
Tay Stewart As stated in our two previous responses all available monitors are available for purchase through our website at newenglandreptilestore.com.
Would this technique work with a mile that I just adopted, she is very skiddish, huffy and puffy with some tail whipping, that's why I adopted her as the last parents where scared of her. She is about 18 inches and also in the past 5 days I have only gotten her to eat a piece of shrimp even though I've been offering all kinds of things daily
I know one thing.. As long as you are keeping there room/cages clean with fresh waters and animals healthy and treated right then I see nothing wrong with what you do... Although I did see one of your staff let a snake I guess with ribs fall hard to the floor in which I hope you go back and teach him how he could've don't that better for the animal then fine . I've never held a snake but even I know not to do that.. Love how you handle and get to know your animals you are great with them... ❤️
Your such a great Breeder and reptile owner why do you only have a few water monitors on your website when in you videos you have a bunch of baby water monitor
We sell them as they graduate and are socialized. We have LOTS but want to talk to our customers and pick what we think is the BEST choice! Talk to us and we will start talking about all the stuff that we don't list!!!!!! Way too many animals to list!!!!
It looks to me like all he is doing is looking for a place to escape. He seems to be trying to find an opening. I bet if there was an opening, he would go thru it.
Another animal I seen grossly obese is retics if your animal has back fat rolls and cottage cheese tummies time to lay off the feeding😓 thank you for bringing that up nothing cool about an unhealthy animal 👍
You do a great job working with your reptiles. Fantastic work! Love this monitor.
Gus Gus' Humans, Are we going to be getting a 'Five of the best pet Monitor Lizards' video?

Amazing stuff as always with the monitors. Keep up the great work and the great videos. Thanks!
Its crazy how you can keep a nile so calm, when it has never seen you or this area before.
thats not a nile lol
I'm glad the Regals kept him well, it must be nice to get back one of your kid-zards in good shape

Varanus salvator macromaculatus
Roughneck/varanus? Hes awesome
I love all monitors and the rhino type iguanas
How do your monitors react/behave around cats? What would be the best way to introduce them to each other? (Size, type of exposure ect.)
That is likely not a good pairing....... some could handle it but the injury from a mistake would be too great!
Maybe sounds weird xD I asked a question on a earlyer video of yours but i´m watching all your stuff atm .. so i got in mind...would it help to put a shirt from me into the tank? that my salvator can pick up my smell more ?:D
How much do monitors usually run? They are all so stunning

Beautiful baby 🐉❤
Is this slinky?
I think it's Elvis.
I am learning so much from watching you. Thank you!
Yes reading body language is important but keep in mind this animal was already a pet and already used to human interaction.
She looks a lot like slinky. Is this a water monitor Kevin?
Remember black dragons eat baby black dragons 😢 they’re just dumb like that 😅
It looks to me like all he is doing is looking for a place to escape. He seems to be trying to find an opening. I bet if there was an opening, he would go thru it.
Hey NERD, I'll take one of those off your hands if it needs a good home. I have the enclosure and all kinds of food..Please!!
Another animal I seen grossly obese is retics if your animal has back fat rolls and cottage cheese tummies time to lay off the feeding😓 thank you for bringing that up nothing cool about an unhealthy animal 👍
