Just watched the entire movie for Waheed Murad and he had such limited scenes...Anyways he did complete justice to those limited scenes and the songs were good!

Commenting on few views below; I don't think Salma was Waheed Ji's childhood love; she was school friend; they both were engaged to different persons and then due to break up of Waheed's engagement - this rearrangement happened (its all being stated by Salma in interviews); I also read in one of the Waheed Ji's very old interview (1973) when he declared his marriage as an arranged marriage. No doubt Waheed Ji was man of character but I don't think Salma looked after him the way he deserved, we don't see Salma playing crucial role when Waheed Ji was feeling low in his last years. We could see in various programs Shamim Ara and Zeba loosing patience and cried for Waheed Ji, but never saw such emotions from Salma (not that it matters but shows the depth of departure feelings). My only wish is if (somehow) Waheed could marry someone who would had looked after him like national hero and asset; perhaps history would have been different. May Allha give high place to Waheed Ji in Jannat.

Wow, yet another unheard song by Madam. Great lyrics, but mediocre tune. Nayyyara and Rushi's duet was rather high-pitched and fast-tempoed for Nayyara's voice. Her voice sounds quite mismatched with Rushdi's. She sounds perfectly synched with Mehdi Hassam, Akhlaq Ahmed, Masood Rana, and even with A. Nayyar.
