Theres also an alternative chestpiece that gives movement speed instead of atk speed, called "Blessed ashet"

Bro, how do you make the cooldown of the skills low now, so that the skill can be used faster?

Look for skill cooldown reduction and beneficial effect duration on set items, chest piece and legs. You can also use blessed pebble for extra uptime
