I'm going for a Computer Science Major and a Game Design concentration or Minor if I get admitted to a college that has that. I'd like to work under the developer relations field, but I might wish for a different position later in life. I've worked in small teams and alone, but never in a bigger environment. I want to know what it's like and if I'd enjoy it. Anyhow, thanks for making the video.
hey ! i'm thinking on interning for roblox in summer 2024 as they reached out to me on Handshake - but i have some questions .. do they do background checks on your roblox account (chatlogs etc..) ? and is it okay to not have much experience before applying ? i'm currently a freshman studying comp sci and learning java! i just hope the interview isn't too hard lol as i'm still a beginner
I don’t believe they do background checks on your account but I can’t say for sure - I never played Roblox before applying so I created my account for the interview. In my opinion, no matter your experience level, I’d go ahead and apply because you never know! But don’t be discouraged if you don’t move on in the process, it’s extremely competitive. I do have a video giving some tips on how I landed the internship which may help you out!

Interns can be teens but full time employees have to be 18 (thats what i know may be wrong)

Haha we actually do! Interns get 6000 robux and I believe full time employees get some monthly amount as well
