I would like to think so, but that was not my experience. (Plus I think it would be unreasonable to expect people to only use their wireless speakers within 10 feet of their router or hub.) but if your router is nearby where you want to use the speakers, perhaps you will have better luck than I. I'd love to hear more if you do this.
i wanna buy 2 soundtouch 10's and connect them with each other (in the future) there is no problem with that right? also my dad has the complete collection of sonos, and i'm very happy with the quality that comes out of those ones, i just think bose is just a little bit better and looks nicer. what do u think?

Hi, I have been doing research on these. There one huge difference between the 10 and 20. The 10 produces a Mono sound output. But the 20 apparently produces a Stereo output. Can you confirm?
You didn’t mention WHY the 20 and 30 are bigger! Different speaker array and power output! No comment on sound quality of each....waste of time I’m afraid.

Once you have configured the speakers they are in essence connected to your phone, so you should be able to play from any app on your tablet or phone and have it come out on the speakers.

This one is completely different from the original Bose app I have on my iPhone.
This review is several years old… So if you are looking at it right now, I imagine the app has had a significant update since then.
Do you know if there is a treble and bass control function, or a graphic equalizer function, on the display or in the app available?

2x Soundtouch 10 can be played in stereo mode. This is only possible with the 10s. The 20 and 30 are stereo in themselves.
I should say I have the setup with 2x Soundtouch 10s and they sound pretty good but obviously the depth of the bass is limited
