I've done some edits (nowhere near as good as this tho) and I don't know what she does but I list every clip I want for the audio, then the clips in the background, organize them by season as well as having one big script, then basically just spend hours finding them in the show and screen recording them. I just try to remember what exactly was happening in the scene I want and find the episode with the summary i think fits and scroll through looking for it.
