    I'veheard of her, but this is the first time I've heard her sing. I've been singing ballads all my life & how I missed her I dont know. Thanks for posting this.

    i cant believe its so hard to find certatn bluegrass music online! i love hazel dickens im a true blue blugrass girl! i guess you have to live a hard life and know about the south to appreciate blue grass! i live in ks. but my dad was a coalminer in harlan co.kentuckey. hazel dickens and others like her mean a hella lot to people like me!

    @dlibrthompson No way! Maine boy..."The Bluegrass Emperor". There is more Bluegrass in Maine and Michigan than I was able to find in Tennessee! Check out WAMU Bluegrass online, "The Bluegrass Mix" are both streaming bluegrass 24/7. WAMU has The Ray Davis show every day 3-6P. Pick on!
