Toga isn’t a minor anymore though she’s 18 in the manga currently as she’s a year older than 1A/2A. Also Shigaraki is only 2 years older than her. However shipping her with Dabi is just weird as the man is now 25.
@@indianrizzlerr Shigaraki was 19 when they met which isn’t too bad of a gap and Japan can be weird with ages, dating and etc that’s why a lot of manga creators can get away with a lot of content. However yeah she does see them as family.
