Yep my sensei told me about this kick. He said given my age, built and flexibility issues I should consider practicing this kick. But said it requires a ton of practice and a lot of Uchi-Deshi's ended up break there toes using the wrong form.
I have a suggestion for using this, if you’re looking to practice this with someone else, may I suggest a body armour? This is a dilemma when it comes to martial arts, you want to be able to use it, but at the same time you don’t really want to hurt someone else. Even in tournaments, I’d much rather give my opponent a bad leg and win that way.
Our Shihan removed body Wests for kids as they always lose during tournaments in Japan (no body west for boys there). Most of the time I want to practise in a similar set-up as a tournament. My son landed a liver shot in regular (not champions class) and I wrote to Shihan to put body wests, but after losing miserably in Japan back to no Wests.
Hi dude, i really love all your videos! btw I have one question to ask, what if I mix between kyokushin and boxing or muay Thai? because as an kyokushinkai and tea kwon doka, I think we need to add punch in the face to our inventory. osu!

Check My first videos! They were about the basics!
Thanks again! Osu! Is there any difference (apart from the side) in delivering it to the spleen?
The liver is a lot more sensitive! Its like a kick to the groin.. but in the stomach. Its weird!
@@NeroMMA thanks a lot OSU!

Agreed, Muay Thai would probably be best since it has more strikes than boxing.
Id say boxing and kyokushin is a great mix 👊
