Tetsuo came later when I was 9 years old, man he look so good, look so cool, the design just perfect!!! The story, the villain, shadow moon will always the best villain ever..

it's because Black and RX started it all in my country, from that it grow to heisei era, but honestly many people who grew up watching Black and RX stop watching kamen rider in heisei era, for many personal reason. for me, only kuuga and Ryuki which i consider up to my taste in heisei era.
