· Currently some 700 species have been identified within the scolopendra family (order scolopendromorpha). Feared for their size, speed and poison, their diet does not consist only of arthropods, they are capable of eating reptiles and even some small mammals such as field mice. Thanks to the vibrations of the ground, they identify the size and distance of their next prey to go after them at maximum speed, grab them and inject the poison through their calipers.
· There are about 2,000 different species of scorpions, of which about thirty or forty have a venom powerful enough to kill a human. The buthus scorpion (Buthus ibericus) is a great climber and a tireless hunter, thanks to its pincers and its sting it can control its prey at its mercy.

Usually, Yellow Scorpions lose to Centipedes. Crazy how this one was able to put up a fight. But put one up against a giant black Scorpion, Centipedes won't stand a chance against one. They'll get crushed and stung immediately.

yup.. it was clear when the scorpion had a couple clean shots in... game over for the running centipede

Fat tail..every small tail scorp I see with a big cent like this has its tail tackled and the cent just chews it. This one tried but scorp tail was too strong to immobilize. Hell that last jab the fat tail speared the cent right in the neck basically. That big cent took like 5 or 6 big stabs before it started going down. Was a good fight all around.

I really love the color markings of this ((Hero's Sclopendra )) Either way they both can win. They both have the weapons to a victorious victory. They both produce venom which mainly is N.Toxion,also note that the (( Sclopendra has many compounds and proteins in it's venom which is different from this ((Scorpion, Buthus species which is highly venomous with fast knock down agents (( 3-5 seconds)) to kill. They both are respected. ((I love your camera work very detail in action, Nice Video))
