Tao, truly you are one of the best people I subscribe to on TH-cam. The value you provide is immense, and the way you succinctly deliver this value in an simple and atheistically pleasing way is second to none. Really appreciate you man!
Thanks man, I put a lot of thought into making my videos as accessible as possible. So it's awesome to hear that you find them helpful and informative 👍
What I don't understand is why, when you try to EXTEND your video, there is no option to add an ending frame. You can only add a frame when creating a regular 5-second video. Basically, if you want to make a 10-second looped video, you need to save the last frame of your 5-second video, upload it, and choose the first frame of your original 5-second video as the end frame. This way, you can get a 10-second looped video. I hope they will add an end frame feature for EXTEND.
Loved you on “The good place”.. Joking but you do look like the guy in that show somehow a little. Sound like him. Something. Anyways thanks for the tutorial and showcase of luma’s capabilities.
@@taoprompts the actor and you both are in a sort of forced mindset to be official. Who knows maybe the real guy acts like you when they aren’t in front of camera just like you 🤯 😂😂😂
Can you create longer clips by uploading multiple frames? Does Luma allow more than 2 images to be uploaded at a time? Just 2 images aren’t enough for depicting complex movements.
Could try doing remove background while character moving and just join together what you want. A little less ai and a little more Manuel editing but I don’t think it would be too much time consuming and difficult.
@@taoprompts one thing I’ve noticed is you can ask and prompt for green screen as background. Or plain background. It works sometimes. Try different stuff.
Midjourney creates better more realistic looking images. Leonardo images look less detailed/real but they have more features, like pose guidance, for controlling the image generations.
Amazing! I've been away for a month and am now getting back to this...do you think Luma AI is better than Pika or Runway? I had problems with Pika and Runway as it didn't really do what I wanted and am looking for a better AI pic to video program.
I think the quality of the animations in Luma is much higher. However, Pika and Runway have some more tools for controlling the cameras. I wouldn't commit to any specific video generator right now, there's a lot of new stuff coming out soon
Capcut has a free video upscaler. It's not super high quality but it will sharpen it a little bit. Otherwise there are more expensive paid options like Topaz
You are the one who best understands how combined tools work 👋👋👋
Thx man, it looks like image-to-video is the best way to use Luma right now 👍
Tao's channel is one of the very few channels worthy of clicking the bell. Worth watching every time. Thank you for sharing these.
Thanks man 🙏. I'll keep you updated on any big feature releases

Great breakdown. Runway Gen 3 just released today, but word on the street is Luma still reigns atm.
Runway Gen3 is great for text-to-video, but it doesn't have image-to-video which Luma is very good at.
Really cool stuff. I'll be using these techniques to make a movie trailer next week, wish me luck
Good luck with your trailer, I hope this guide helps 🙏
great video dude, very interesting, this is the future of film making, greetings again from Santiago Chile 🇨🇱
Hello to Chile! Ai is getting better everyday, soon it will be completely realistic.
Amazing content! Thanks friend!
Thank you and you're very welcome! 🙏
This is powerful 😮thanks TAO . Watching ur video first thing in the morning right now
They should have more features like background changing and video inpainting soon, which will help with character animations a lot 👍
Btw - the images I used for Pika and Runway were cartoons.
that guy is a gift to us by the god, EXTREME BIG LOVES from Turkey tao
Thank you, it's great to hear all the way from Turkey!

That would make it a lot more convenient to use 👍
Thanks Dude its very helpfull, greeting from Indonesia
Happy to help man. Hey to Indonesia!

I get that a lot lol, funny enough I've never heard that comparison in real life but people always comment that on youtube.

cool feature
Спасибо друг! Очень познавательно 👍
Я рад помочь!

You can create multiple clips (2 images at a time) and then combine them together.
amazing video
Great tutorial! Thanks
Big fan of your work.
Thanks! I've got plenty more guides planned 👍
Awesome! This is great! Thank you!
I appreciate that Val, I'm always happy to hear from you!
Can we see this video again but with cartoons and animations
Luma is bad at 2D cartoon
I'll see what I can do 👍
Is better with Disney 3d, 2d anime is no
Great video, thank you! ❤
I hope this helps!

That's definitely worth a shot, I think it could help make the motions cleaner without background interference.

Thanks again Tao. :)
Which one you prefer, Leonardo or Midjourney? I'm getting used to Leonardo and never started with Midjourney. Now I see it has a UI but not sure.
Midjourney creates better more realistic looking images. Leonardo images look less detailed/real but they have more features, like pose guidance, for controlling the image generations.
great tips:)
Excellent ! 👍
Nice Tao
How about creating a character in MJ with green matte background and animate using luma labs then remove the green matte on after effect?
That's certainly sounds like it should work. I will do more testing with character animations soon.

Also, Pika and Runway made the images soooo blurry. Do you know a program that will unblur the video that is about 1 min?
