that ending was genuinely so cinematic. you should add some mechanic/level that forces players to split up. like a doorway or entrance to something that collapses and seals after its walked through. would make playing with groups even more terrifying
1:14 Have a packet, which plays the sound, that fires for every player in the server, there's probably an easier solution but this is the best thing I could think of
As the person who made the solution, we took the block and made it play world.playSound() Note that some .playSound() are client and some are server, we just fixed the parameters to make it server side is all
I like how this random scarecrow mob you coded for a silly backrooms mod accounts for the player's FOV, while Mojang's official Creaking mob didn't (The Creaking still freezes when other players look at it though, so gotta give it credit for that).
you absolutely rocked this jaiz!! the amount of thought put into it really shows and makes for an amazing immersive experience. the skin stealers are so freakin cool and im so glad to be immortalized in that way! also love how lvl 10 turned out- cant pick a favorite level tho tbh. jaiz backrooms is now canon and im living for it!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️

Actually, a radio that plays different music for each person, and only if they press the button is kinda cool. I think instead of "fixing" it, you could just make sure each person could activate it separately, maybe make it so some times it's creepy stuff, like distorted music, people screaming, loud footsteps, rattling chains, splatters(of blood, but since it's only sound it be up to their imagination), etc.

I thought it was funny that you said that you couldn't fix the cassettes and then later you said that I fixed them, I also didn't think about that the scarecrows target is one player and not an instance of any player... oops, but with this error will actually give each player a scarier experience, so not too bad of a mistake at all. As always I'll be looking forward to the next mods you have lined up, your improvement in all things has grown, I can't wait to see your content a couple of years from now 🤔😮

I knew I hadn’t subscribed to you for no reason. Also I would recommend making the demon dog things faster as they feel a bit underwhelming. I would also make the ceiling in the first level a block taller as it feels claustrophobic compared to the actual thing. Other then that I really enjoyed this!
I wanna see another level that is made of pure greenery, it’s got lots of food and other sorts of things but it’s much more dangerous, it’ll have hazards, jumps and the entities will mimic plants and be extremely dangerous. Like one can be called “Venus Catcher” basically an evolved version of the Venus fly trap that has built itself to capture larger prey and will chase the player with long reach, it has a large reach but has a slow movement. Another monster could be a mob that is blind but can hear you very well. Maybe something like… a flower, one with teeth. Hopefully you see this and like what I say.
