That’s where we stayed from Dec 22-24 at Ginza Grand Hotel closed to Hooters and Shimbashi station. Ginza is nice place to stay and mostly high-end shopping center.
actually i like more when cameraman walks forward not backwards. and his steps not smoothed away by camera and i can see his movements while he is walking. it helps a lot to feel the atmosphere like i am walking with him too

It was 1970’s ! When the Japanese start thinking about the foreign people working and living with their family here in Japan. They start thinking “ what does foreign people doing during the Christmas season, how they celebrate it”? Japanese are not Cristian country but they just want the foreign people not to feel homesick during this important holiday. Because there’s no turkey here in Japan they start eating fried chicken, decorate their Christmas 🎄 , giving gifts for children. Decorating the mall, streets as you can see now. I can’t tell the whole details because it was a decade or more ago when I was watching tv and they are talking about Xmas holiday. When it begins and what the reason, If I you! You should start researching it and make a documentary about the Xmas here in Japan.
all your videos are just excelent! but i really dont like the "backpakers" Tokyo (and all japan) Japan is for many, not for only "vacations", but to live there a lifetime. I would love one more approach to how you live there daily, not how you vacation there thank you and kisses, merry christmas time!

I haven't even spotted one gum wrapper on the sidewalk or streets. Also, no trash cans on the street corners. Amazing.
