Those communities were hanging on before the storm and Mississippi is not a wealthy state. It's hard to see how these communities can rebuild.

EF4 is the same as a CAT4 Hurricane, imagine the damage of what Hurricane Ian did to Fla. over *hours* but it did in Miss over *seconds*

Not sure what "I'll boil the people" means, but there was very little time to do anything. The sirens didn't go off, and there was only about 60 second timeline between the phone alerts and the tornado's arrival.
