Maxpax also didn't copy it from herO (that would be PartinG if you want to choose anyone) because it was a revolutionary approach. Before that the build was considered much more allin.

so "balancing" that would be winning side looking underpowered and losing side looking overpowered. that's genius
Because SC2 is very volatile, units clump up together and splash damage is very strong. Most games are decided in 1 or 2 battles.
