Just do ignition dungeon with oathless and u instantly get 16 per wipe, with 4 accounts i get about 64 echoes per 10 minutes if I move like a snail, If you have alot of enchants just get a stilleto enchant it and its soulbounded giving u 48 echoes, with 4 slots it gives aproximately 200 echoes per 10 minutes, and per account it takes less than a minute which is faster than your method. You need to have oathless acquired on a old slot or re-get it which it gives you the oath instantly.
Bro I got Max echoes doing that run but do one more thing. Go to layer 2 and get rhythm that is like 3-4 more minutes but it’s worth it for the echoes

just enchant weapons on slots every time
