my question is that. if you work at spirit on november 1st and 2nd. can you get stuff 80% off instead of 50%?

that looks very similar to my spirit, im not an employee but i went in the back to get some of the front theme
I love that I had this as my first job. I was a sales associate and Last year in my town it was the first year of it being there and it was in a bit of a smaller building than how spirit Halloween stores usually are so it didn't really have any animatronics all set up or little walkthroughs or anything like that but I kinda liked how it was smaller. It was easier to remember where everything went and stuff. But yeah its coming back to my town soon and I applied today and it's in a much bigger building so we will probably have that stuff like walkthroughs and animatronics set up this time (although that will probably get annoying cause I'd have to hear them go off pretty much constantly lol) but I'm really excited, last year was fun even though I officially started working mid October because I turned 16 at the end of September, but this time I can work the whole season and help set up cause I feel like that will be fun cause I like doing stuff like that. Ok sorry for the hugely long comment. 99 days until Halloween!!🎃🖤
this is my first time working for them and I’m scared but excited! I also applied for sales associate I’m a pretty shy person but hopefully I’ll like the job

Lol I feel you abt the inflatable clown. I wanted to buy a “broken jumping spider” return at my store. What happened is that the buyer changed his mind abt the color of the spider and wanted to lie saying it won’t work. Idrk why. But he wanted to do the return, my manager did the return for me and she threw it away. 😭 it was fully working! I tried to tell her. But she wasn’t allowed to take it out for me. The district manger was watching us most of the shift too.
Why is all that cardboard back there shouldn't that still be on the floor for sale
the cardboard isn’t worth anything. spirit puts it up for sale to make extra money or make up for lost/stolen items. so in all honesty the displays are worth $5 max and each store chooses what we sell them as. the pricing that we put out is just recommended but we can sell it cheaper, higher or even for free.
@@HallowsHaunter what weather for customer like wants any can they like go back there and pick through what they want I went there this year like literally on Halloween it was all gone I asked them where was and they ain't even tell me they're like oh it's all gone I have a feeling it was probably just throw it in the back and they didn't want me going back there looking through it all cuz they were too lazy and I ended up finding a bunch of pieces in the dumpster but not all of it
@@Inflatableguy05 no customers may go in the back of the store. we throw everything out early sometimes because we are too lazy to do it on the last 5-7 closing days. once it’s back there employees can have whatever then it’s thrown. most stores are to lazy to sell it because everyone is so tired of working.
@@HallowsHaunter well how can I get some pieces early like if I wanted to buy the whole thing like every single last drop of the 2023 theme would they let me if I walk in there one day and said hey I'll give you like $300 for all of this and I come like whatever they want me to come like I bring a U-Haul truck would they let me take all of it
@@Inflatableguy05 no, no store will sell the entire display until after the 24th and by then most of it has names on it. it also depends what store. but most likely you couldn’t do that.
