I always had to smile when I saw the people with the thick jackets and then without socks.
That wouldn't be possible here because it's been snowing since yesterday and everything here is white.
Plus just -2°. Today we have no chance to drive to the mall.

Hien , pineapples fresh and awesome to eat Another way to eat without using any knives, first takeaway the leafyhead then hold both sides and, the bottom hit gently to the ground for 10minutes minutes, then roll cicle top of the table for 5minutes minutes, then one of the eye pull it up, there you go ready to eat? Hope you follow the tips and some start eating without a knife 😊

@5:51, you had to lean forward, because the front basket seem to be in your way but you recovered fast and avoided back injury :).
The second lift was perfect !!
I have done a lot of powerlifting and squats in my days and what I've learned is, before you lift, always tighten up your core first, especially when it is heavy and you are not wearing a weight-belt.
All it takes is one mistake and you can get injured.
Also, carrying with one shoulder puts a lot of uneven weight and stress on the lumbar vertebrae !!
Can you carry the baskets with the bar across both shoulders and behind the neck?
You might have to replace the flat bamboo bar with a rounded bamboo bar.
It might take some practice to get used to it :).
Start with some lighter loads and then work your way up.
In time you will be able to carry heavy loads pretty easy :).
