Noticeably new and improved level of teaching technique. You managed to translate all the nuances and abstract knowledge a top tier expert is aware of into tangible sensations an intermediate skier would feel every time they are on snow but they don't understand why things happen like they do. Made it very realistic and immersive thank you.

That is a very good drill. Also called the Phantom Move, Harald Harb wrote / video on this 24+ years ago.

@ the stork turn has been around for as long as ski technique has been developing for the last 100 years. It has written documentation on it much before Harald. The stork turn is not the phantom move.

Isn't it interesting how there is a "counterbalance" action over the outside ski, to (a) stay on the outer edge - the lower body (b) take pressure/weight off the inside ski - upper body. This is a complex and muscular move which can be done instinctively when understood, and shown very nicely on this instruction video.

As a reference, in racing we call it outside to outside but… I was taught poles should NOT drag/touch the snow. Balance on feet only.

Love this entire video from projected productions.
A question I have is, what is your total ramp angle (delta) in your set up (ski, binding, zeppa, foot bed etc)? And how did you find it?
I've been measing with mine for a few years. I have a flat ski flat binding and even went as far as grinding my zeppa a bit.
    Any insight would be great.
Love all the new content on the sight.

I am super happy you enjoyed the whole video on the all access pass.
regarding your question: I have a few different bindings that have different angles and I just ski the stock boot board from Head the WCR3 without modifications. When I change between bindings I just have to adjust my body position slightly to compensate. I ski everything stock without modifications and just adjust technique according. I hope that answers your question?
