I think id be putting in a proper concreted base at the end of the garden and make a tilt mast. So it all runs up the side of the house when lowered. Make use of the space you have.
had one up from 2008 until the high winds in January 2012 destroyed it. replaced it with a tornado and it's still up and performing just as good as the 2016 despite being half the price and the more expensive 2016 allegedly being a better antenna (albeit on paper)
Radials are normally 1/4 wavelength. These should be almost twice as long... then again, not sure why they put radials on a 5/8 wave antenna because 1/2 wave and 5/8 wave verticals don't need radials (1/4 wave verticals DO need radials for decent performance).
