✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
For Chutney:
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Cup
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 3-4
Ginger (अदरक) - Some
Lemon (नींबू ) - 2
Ice Cube (आइस क्यूब) - Some
Salt (नमक) - Some
Sev (सेव) - 3-4 Spoon
For Masala:
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/2 Tbsp
Cumin Powder (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
For Filling:
Boiled Patato (उबले आलू) - 4
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
For Slurry:
Arrowroot/Corn Flour (अरारोट) - Some
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Red Chilli Flakes (रेड चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
Water (पानी) - Some
For Onion Salad:
1st Salad:
Onion (प्याज) - 5-6
Ice Cube (आइस क्यूब) - Some
Water (पानी) - Some
Beetroot (चुकंदर) - 1/2
Water (पानी) - Some
Vinegar (सिरका) - 2 Tbsp
Sugar (चीनी) - Some
Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 2
Clove (लौंग) - 3-4
2nd Salad:
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) - Some
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
3rd Salad
Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) - Some
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
4th Salad
Curd (दही) - Some
Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
For Nasta:
Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1/2 Bowl
Salt (नमक) - Some
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Water (पानी) - As Required
Tomato Ketchup (टोमैटो सॉस ) - Some
Paneer (पनीर) - Some
Oil (तेल) - Some
Oil (तलने के लिए तेल) - For Frying
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, put some Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Ice Cubes, Salt and Namkeen Sev/Farsan in the mixing jar. Grind well and take it out into a bowl.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚, take a bowl and put Black Salt, roasted Cumin Powder, Chat Masala and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Mix all well and keep it aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a big bowl and put boiled & grated Potato, finely chopped Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Salt, crushed Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, dried Mango Powder and roasted Cumin Powder and mix all well.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲, add some Corn Flour, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Chilli Flakes and Water. Mix well & keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝, cut the onion into round shape & put them into ice cold water. Grate some Beet Root, add Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Cinnamon, Clove and Onion Lachha. Mix well & keep aside. Take some Onion Lachha, sprinkle some Masala, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves and Green Chilli. Mix well and keep aside. In a bowl, take some Curd, Green Chutney, Onion Lachha and some Salt. Mix well and aside. In this way, 3 types of Onion Salad will be ready to serve.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚, add some Wheat Flour, Red Chilli Powder and Salt in a bowl. Bind the dough by adding Water to it. Cover and keep for rest. Then make dough balls, and roll them. Take one chapati, spread some Tomato Ketchup, sprinkle some Masala, then spread Potato filling all over it. Place the second chapati on the first chapati and press with your fingers. Spread some Green Chutney, grated Paneer and Potato filling. Place the third chapati on it and press with your fingers. Prick with a fork & give it steam in the steamer for 5-7 minutes. Then cut the steamed Nashta into a triangle shape. Dip it in the slurry & deep fry the nashta. Or you can shallow fry the nashta in a pan. Serve with Chutney and Salad.
