Great video! This is definitely a fun build but I think you’re missing just one talent that is truly the icing on the cake: Determined death. It secretly synergizes with unbroken finale and allows you to do three charged heavies in one combo (two of which count as final attacks). Grab it and try this: charged heavy>heavy>charged heavy>charged heavy
Thank you for this. I haven't played since launch and my one and only playthrough was on nightmare and I wanted to go necrotic mage for thematic reasons without even knowing it would be braindead easy with the beams lmao. This looks fantastic for a new character as it actually lets me fully engage with my entire kit rather than blast with zero thought or effort while still being strong.
Sick build bro, Champion has so much going for it, I might like it even more than the OP Reaper captain america build. Parrying DRAGONS is just incredible stuff
I did your mage build and ice rogue build. Both awesome! But for warrior I did my own thing and did a two hander smash build and, although not stronger than the mage or rogue build, I had the most fun out of the three. Kicking enemies off the cliffs, and hitting them with the final whirlwind hit and sending them flying into the wild blue yonder was just so satisfying.
Thanks for posting this. I’m in my second play though and have been playing as a champion. Some really good tips from you, I had been struggling due to low damage output but this cleared some things up. Merry Christmas!
Hi Gael, hope youre feeling better. Just wanted to flag parts of the skill sheet are still empty, like weapons, core spells, playstyle, runes, etc. Just wanted to know if these will be updated, if not, no worries, I can fill them in for myself as I watch through the video again. Love the build!
One observation with Return to Sender, you could also parry your own shield toss. This combine with shield volley give you 4 consecutive hits off a throw. This combo alone easily carries the entire early-mid game.
I did my first Playthrough as a Warden and After you get the Garb of Kinship up you are invincible. You can walk through any encounter on nightmare, with ease. You can Parry Giant enemies like Dragons' every single attack. You can rebound their breath weapon lol. They CANNOT hurt you. Not much can. And even then you have SO much HP it doesnt matter when they do, and the Garb will heal you up fast since every time you block you gain like 100 advantages. Its just disgusting.
I just bought this game as a long time da fan. Over 1200 hrs in inquisition, almost as much in dao and under 600 in 2. I’m enjoying the combat but not a fan of the limited spell casting. The story is ehh. It is infuriating that a lot of choices I agonized over in inquisition wont really matter. Overall, it’s a fun game and im enjoying it. Excited to try this build
You can make it even more overpowered by adding Field-Commander's Helm, swaping few abilities to add more rage + using Vivify rune. Damage with Garb of Kinship + FCH is absurd going over 9k damage numbers ticking, then you can allways reset your combo with Vivify.
Thanks for the skill sheet, just to let you know tho.. on number 3 and 5 you both have focus retaliation listed. Should there be something else on one of those or just one dubbele? In any case love the build and im lvling up from lvl1 on nightmare diff :)
Yo gael i bought this game for christmas (also happy christmas), can i ask what is for you the stronger warrior subclass? Back in inquisition the champion was my favorite class so maybe something similiar? Thanks and again nice holyday
Thank you so much for this gift. Christmas will be terrible for Evanuris this week.
What I like the most is that you make a step by step spreadsheet of the build. I love the videos, but the spreadsheet is a lifesaver.
Dude, this. We get so many skill points, makes it easy to quickly check what’s next

@@Lythion-X thanks for letting me know it was supposed to be Fury of the Forge at number 3, updated it
Do you also have a good companion for second? You said mage but i dont know who or what skills are best for this build. Got any advice?😅

Reaper is the most overpowered but they are all strong and fun
Thanks man, have a nice rest
How does a detonation gives u flaming weapons?
I am wondering this too.
How does deadly ground become fire based?
There is a passive in the Champion skill tree that makes all of the Area abilities deal fire damage, so Titan Stomp as well
Where u get that armor skin?
Chest right next to the Caretaker in the base
Hawk armor
