This is just my theory + other onces theory:
Mina, Sana, and Momo are actually rich girls from MSM Company that wants to live a normal life (?) or wants to start at the bottom (Mina = Part timer, Momo = Intern).
Proofs that they are rich:
Mina in a private car and have a bodyguard, Momo entering the company with a beautiful/elegant outfit (probably she is an idol because they talking about the song), and Sana is at the spa inside the MSM Company (this is also proof that she is from MSM Company). The name of the company is the big proof here, MSM Company (MiSaMo Company).
Proofs that they want to live a normal life / start at the bottom:
Mina is a part timer and wants to distance her bodyguard to not caught some attention, Momo is an intern who is also helping her co-worker, also when she enter her outfit is elegant but in their office her outfit change to formal working outfit, Sana is an influencer and I think that is she want to do. They also eat at the company canteen and Sana even ride public bus in the end.

The message of the MV just melts my heart like a marshmallow 🥹 Okay so I will share my insight about the MV:
MISAMO are 3 Powerful/Rich Women but lowkey living their lives in simple terms?
Mina and Momo have high and powerful status inside MSM company but they're under cover, working as regular employees.
Mina got her personal bodyguard (the awkward cute guy following her around that seems newly hired) but she doesn’t like to be seen having a bodyguard in the office so the guy kept his distance but still trying to look after Mina intensely (noticed when he intently yeet the Boxes at the counter and they the fell on the floor because he thinks there’s a hidden camera behind it set-up to Mina but Mina gestured that she can handle it herself) Mina wanted to make sure there’s nothing to worry about.
Momo is an intern who can do whatever she pleases (as you noticed when she entered the building, she was dressed like a rich girl but when she finally entered the office she’s wearing an employee uniform walking like a boss and most employees are looking at her, it seems like she’s a daughter of a CEO) unbothered, she even helped employees in the office.
On the other side, Sana is seen waking up at the company's spa, shooting tons of contents for her social media. She is the artist of that company but at the end she's travelling on what looks like a public bus and eating on the canteen, not to mention when she bond with the little girl to help her fix her bag-not living any touch of luxury on her.
The storyline pertains that no matter how rich and successful they are, sometimes what we really want is to be just normal people. They’re as soft to people and not grand like a marshmallow.
This song shows how much Momo has improved despite all those criticism. She never gave in and answered to the haters in her own professional way. Bravo Momo!! You're the queen!!
