This is fax and fire edit, I mean. I been seeing some pl in the comments arguing some of this fights so... lets see ( this is my opinion ). Does bill chiper beats Richard getting a job? yeah he can, firts of all and most important thing. Richard does not know how to use his powers, he would be scared of Bill chiper and would try to escape. Second of all, in his form " getting a job " he can be actually stopped before he destroys the universe. Third of all, Bill chiper is confirmed to have infinite power and get stronger every second. So yeah, also Richard has less experience than bill making him easier to manipulate. Does rick and morty can actually beat bill? no. Bill is an all seeing god comfirmed to see an infinite of posiblites at the same time. He can also control time, space and matter. He destroyed a dimension for fun and he can change his size without limits. He has also high IQ like Rick, he wouldnt be tricked or manipulated by Rick since he is TRILLIONS of years old and has a lot of experience. Ofc in the start he would be confident and do not see Rick as a menace. But after a will, if bill gets angry. He would just one shot Rick or erase him from existence. Now, does Bill chiper can actually beat The glob, Alien X? no he cant. The glob and alien X have more feats and bill chiper has no feats to scale him higher than multiversal. Prob he is, but he couldnt show his real power to us. Spongebob is the toon force it self. Bill chiper would win for me due to win fact.
