Thank you Sir. One question I have much doubt if I got it right: "Can there be FRUSTRATED IMPOSSIBLE CRIME"? I answered NO . What say you Atty? Highly appreciated
@@sheriffjohnstone28 very good sir.. namention ko yan sir sa discussion about the distinction ng frustrated crime at impossible crime.. iyong isa is by reason of cause independent of the will of the perpetrator.. ung isa is by reason of inherent impossibility..

@@longaztv8716 If I may be allowed. Such a situation may fall as a nuisance which under our laws injures or ENDANGERS the health and SAFETY of others. The present case falls under PRIVATE NUISANCE. The aggrieved party can DEMAND for the nuisance"s removal or repair. If refused to accede, aggrieved party can go to the district health office to ask permission for its removal and if permission is granted, seek assistance from police or peace officers to do the same. If no permit is granted, filing a civil case is the only remedy left. What can you say Atty, JP?

yes sir.. if you want to be practical and you're on a tight budget.. but you also have the corresponding responsibility to make notes in your book in respect to areas which have already been changed or added. Dapat lagi kang updated sa batas kung may na-repeal ba or na-amend
para alam mo saan part sa book mo ang napalitan or nadagdagan. Old books kasi do not reflect the new changes kung meron man.

@@leer3322 goodluck sa new book na mabibili mo.. ang importante look for books na may explanations at examples.. sa personal experience ko kasi ang hirap intindihin ng law kung walang explanations at examples.. sa examples mo kasi malalaman kung paano mag.apply ang law.. 😃

yes po kasi two or more persons who took part in the commission of the crime with the same criminal resolution are principals by direct participation. Pero kelangan ang co-conspirator na yun ay may active participation or nagrender ng moral assistance by being present at the scene of the crime.
pero medyo blurred ang line kc may ibang cases na nagsasabi pwede indispensable cooperation may ibang cases naman sinasabi na direct participation.. so para mas safe,, just say "Principal" na lang..
