I personally use the Xbox game recorder (yes, it's an Xbox thing on PC.) it works nice, except for it sometimes not working, u can open it up with win-g (idk if win10 has it or not) or I can use win-alt-r to start recording directly. I believe it might be turned off as many tutorials tell u to do so, but in my opinion it doesn't tank performance too much.
