This floor plan is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen. Certainly the best front living room and kitchen layout.
There is DRV, then there is everything else. Like all purchases should be, buy quality and you only have to buy it once. Awesome unit.
I ended up buying a 37 Carriage Camio.What a piece of work this thing is.I spent the winter in it,its heaven.Its my mobile condo.when i get tired of the view,,i just move it.Great lifestyle !!

not sure of selling price, I only list campers for RV owners. As to length, most high end fifth wheel manufacture s do not make floor plans under 36 feet.

I love that front living room, but mine has a rear living room that I'm very happy with.
Great walk through. I've finally made up my mind, a front living room is what I'm buying. It seems most living rooms are an after thought with silly angles and sight lines.

Looks very nice. I drawn more the lighter RV's and especially the ones with white trim. Special order anything cost more money so until these become common place I probably won't buy one and I can't live in the dark ones. My husband can handle anything, he is a retired soldier lol, but me on the other hand is a different story lol. Outside of Luxe which is really expensive, this is the only other one I like. Champagne taste on a budget lol. Great job on this RV, looks good and the space and furniture is good too.

I think this is one of the most beautiful interiors I've ever seen. Very calming which is exactly what you would want in a vacation vehicle. Is the interior color scheme original or remodeled?

you should be fine in this level of camper with its true 4-season insulation and thermal windows. Double Tree (DRV) makes one of the best built & insulated campers in the industry.

I'm sorry you need a water closet with the door and if you have a cat there is never any place to put the box I mean really? Tons of people have cats as pets, they need to design a special place like a utility room would be perfect. Could certainly see some improvements but is a beautiful home!
Hello Bonnie, you are right & RV manufacturers recently started offering slide-out Kibble drawers for RV owner's pets. Thanks, I was thinking it would be more because she looks like a big one. My Titanium Mystique 5th Wheel with three slide outs has a dry weight of 11.504, so I'm a bit lighter here. I have to say that the 2014 DRV Tradition 390 fully loaded used luxury 5th wheel is one fine looking RV.
Roger, I noticed you said the (GVWR) is 14,547 lbs. GVWR is the gross vehicle weight rating, not the unloaded dry weight!!! GVWR is the max weight when loaded!
The DRY Weight is 11.504. Sorry I didnt make that clear...

Also, I get bored with same old local trails, lakes, ....life. Homes on wheels go everywhere, see everything, and don't pay property tax. Put me in a 5th wheel any day!
